My dear girls, happy Friday everyone!
I wish you all a lot of patience today, because personally me this block drove crazy. I made and remade it 6 times! In the pictures I am going to show you the very first attempt to be honest with all of you, showing that it is a really difficult one and if you get it perfect from the first try, you may just kiss your smart and crafty hands.
Let's go. Cut:
- 4 colored strips 1,25'' x 8''
- 3 BG strips 0,75'' x 8''
- 7 BG strips 0,75'' x 5''
Sew the colored and BG strips into this block
When sewn, press well, I advise you to use starch while pressing, it will help you to hold all these crazy tine seams in place
Cut into four strips with width 1,25''
Put the shorter BG strips between our mini blocks and sew all the rows together
Frame the block with BG strips
Press, trim, hide and let it be like the way it is :)
Or maybe do it again :)
Send you all a lot of love and best wishes to this weekend!
